1. The service

CY TMS provides a driver portal (driver.cytms.net) and related email/SMS notifications to its employed and contracted drivers, and electronic document-signing links to parties transacting with us. Use of these services is governed by these terms.

2. SMS program terms

• By providing your mobile number during onboarding, employment, or a transaction with us, you consent to receive operational text messages from CY TMS.
• Message frequency varies (typically 1–4 per month). Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to cancel at any time — you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact support@cytms.net.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opting out of SMS does not affect your employment; required notices will reach you by other means.

3. Accounts

Portal credentials are personal to you. Keep them confidential and tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by someone else. Electronic signatures you provide through our systems are legally binding (E-SIGN Act, 15 U.S.C. §7001; UETA).

4. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the services: no unauthorized access, no interference with operation, no submission of false records.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
