CY TMS ("we", "us") provides a transportation management platform. This policy covers our driver portal (driver.cytms.net), our fleet-management system (app.cytms.net), and our email and SMS communications.
We collect information you provide as part of an employment or business relationship with us: name, contact details (phone number, email, address), driver qualification documents, and records related to your work or transaction with us (trainings, requests, equipment sale documents).
To operate our fleet safely and lawfully: assigning and tracking safety training, maintaining DOT-required driver qualification files, processing requests, executing equipment sale documents, and communicating with you about the above by email or SMS.
We share information only: (a) with government agencies where required by law (e.g. FMCSA/DOT compliance); (b) with service providers who process data on our behalf (e.g. messaging and email delivery providers), bound to use it only for that purpose; and (c) with parties to a transaction you are part of (e.g. the counterparty on an equipment bill of sale). We never sell personal information.
Employment and compliance records are retained as required by federal regulation (e.g. 49 CFR §391.51). Data is stored on access-controlled systems and transmitted over encrypted connections.
